Lady Katherine awoke to the sight of Tobias leaning over her. She winced in pain. "What is going on?" "L-l-lady K-katherine," Tobias started. He was shaking as per usual. He was always hunched, always shaking. She knew it was not because he was cold. It was always because he was scared. She let out a sigh and attempted to move to reposition herself on top of her bed. She paused as the pain in her wrist quadrupled as she had tried to use it to prop herself. "What is going on?" Tobias usually had something in his mouth, resembling a stick of cinnamon or a stick of ginger. Lady Katherine was never sure of which, nor did she care to ask. She knew he used it as some sort of pacifier. This time she could see it was something different. He took it out of his own mouth and placed it in the hand of the arm that was not in pain. Katherine looked down at her palm. It was willow bark. She very quickly wiped the saliva from it on her sleeve and stuck the bark in her mouth. She looked him.

Biographies, Autobiographies, Memoirs...

Been a couple of weeks, not too long (: Hope all that see this journal are doing well! When I lived at my sister's I used to dress up and do mini photoshoots with my niece where we would dress up in our cosplay. Yesterday was my first time doing that in my own living space. It was a nice change. I felt creative and happy with producing something. Even if it was only a couple of portrait style photos and my cat was not cooperate ... hehe. I have recently finished I Am Not Spock by Leonard Nimoy. I had started I Am Spock a couple of years ago. I had gotten it for Christmas one year in the 2010's and read half of it and then my mom got me I Am Not Spock...then I moved three times and finished school. I've just now managed to finish reading and I decided to start with the first. It honestly was a great book, great insights to the world of Star Trek and the creation of the beloved character. I've seen interviews and snippets where Leonard Nimoy commented on the original book and how

Such This Elaborate Unification

First and foremost, Happy New Year! Its 14ish days late and I sincerely apologize to hopefully more than two people in this group. I've been....busy. I've finished school, started a career, moved out on my own...I jumbled the order there, you can puzzle it together however you would like. (: STEU's birthday was the 9th. Started in 2011 on Neopets (no, I'm not kidding) by yours truly. It's been a super fun up and down spaceship ride to be honest. I still love Star Trek, I still love this group. I am going to make an effort with my newly found down time to focus part of my life this year on art. I'd like to get back into the creative side of life. I'm going to incorporate this group into that and hopefully do something with my niece in the way of cosplay at some point. She doesn't know it yet, but she'll enjoy it (: Thank you for reading my very short update and I hope to see more activity in the group from myself and others. I feel I have the short end of the stick sometimes
